JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Experience in construction of Government sector building structures having adequate technical knowledge in Tendering, Planning, Coordinating & Monitoring of building construction , finishing and MEP Services.
2. To review DPRs and preparation of Weekly, Fortnight and Monthly Progress Reports
3. Cost Comparison between NMR and PRW
4. Monthly site planning and budgeting in aspect of requirement of Material, Man Power, Machinery etc.
5. Preparation of Cash flow statements
6. ERP feeding for all sites
7. Calculation of planning vs achieved, client paid vs subcontractor payable, Reconciliation statement for material, issues and requirement, Preparation of S.Curves, Collection of Progress photographs (fortnight) from Monthly Progress reports
8. Vendor plus Subcon Planning
9. Vendor list preparation and collecting quotation from vendors
10. Preparation of Comparative Statements for New Projects
11. Tender Note, Converting BOQ, Approved Make List, tentative drawing
