Example one home. All windows level in same level but Kitchen window level change ,what is the reason ?please any one explain

The level of the kitchen window is taken with reference to the height of the kitchen platform its generally kept about 6" higher than kitchen platform to address the cooking range placed on the kitchen platform which has the tendency of blowing off due to wind coming from the kitchen window.
