As we know the importance of Culture and religion in making this world and The Great Nation Called INDIA. I heard somewhere that The Best Management Principle was thought by SHREE KRISHANA TO ARJUNA IN FIELD OF WAR and There is a lot to learn from the history. Today so many books are written on Management, But I feel the best Book on Management was written Thousand Years before (i.e.SHRIMAD BHAGWAT GEETA).
Here is one small paper written on "Management Lessons From SHRIMAD BHAGWAT GEETA" BY B MAHADEVAN. I do recommend this to every engineer.
