New Hampshire Beaches

I am curious if there are any folks from the NH area that MD on our coastal beaches ? I have just started MD'ing and have hit a few fresh water beaches, but not the salt.
Any suggestions as far as where to go, not to go etc... We don't have a ton of options for beaches here. I live an hour from the coast and can also be in Southern Maine in an hour or so.
