Please suggest some books for interview/preparation for experienced civil engineer .

I am experienced Construction engineer for more than 6 years, but i feel i have not learnt a lot due to shortage of project in my organization.
Now can anyone suggest me books from which I can learn construction/site related works as I am applying at other companies . Please help . Thank You
