There are many types of building and also have custome designs in it with huge variety of material specification.
Each building is unique in all parameters just like you and me.
I dont think anyone will able to answer it.
Even if its answered, it will be of no use to you or you will get bang by your boss for doing haphazard estimate.
Better you find constants on your own for your project.
