Job Description
JOB PROFILE OF PLANNING & COORDINATING TEAM
Projects Updating in Board of Dapulse , and Communicating delay in Dapulse
PTS Tracking on daily basis.- And Communicating delay and hindrances on Dapulse
Tracking of Current Hindrance/ Delay on daily basis.- with respective Dept.
Coordinating for closing hindrance with concern department.
Coordinating and following up with In house Arch & MEP team for drawings on dates given by concern department.
Follow up for drawing delivery with external consultants.
Uploading only GFC copies on Dapulse.
Preparation for tenders for activities as per Projected Dates
Submitting Next Monthly requirement of preparation (planning) for tenders/ WO on 28th of every month with cross checking of current month achieved.
Preparation of Work orders of consultants.
Following up for quantities with estimation department for preparation of Tender
Following up with contracts for contractor.
Preparation of Submission of MIS reports as per management requirements.
Budget preparation of project along with activities and sub projects.
Visiting sites for actual working/ status, scope of work of contractors/ ground study, project visualization.
Education Any Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience - At least 3 years in same domain
