Job Description
We are inviting applications for PMC positions for the projects for North India. Majorly for Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) Pre engineered Building (PEB) Residential projects.
Open Positions - SPM/ Project Lead/ Cluster Manager/Project Manager
- Candidate should have end to end experience into project handling (Project Management Consultancy) with Mechanical /Civil background.
- Handling Pre Engineered Building of Light Gauge Steel Framing
- Deliver presentation to client
- Will handle project management services on assigned client projects, providing superior client service
- Responsible for a portfolio of Greenfield projects. Develops and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions on large and small scale project across sectors like residential apartments, commercial buildings, hotels, education etc
- Coordinates and supervises the important activities of projects, anticipate risks and provide solutions / mitigation to project teams
- Track the project progress to ensure project close-outs happen on time
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities and provide strategic oversight on Mechanical /Civil projects
- Act as point of escalation of any vendor performance issue and sort out any billing issue
- Own risk identification, management and reporting to client and at an account regional level
- Demonstrate knowledge transfer from lessons learnt amongst the core and site team members to improve service delivery.
