I need the a master QMS format to encrypt the following contractor data. I have 32 Substation projects of different contractor. Client ask me to take all the below data from contractor & make a weekly report showing the below data & it show trend analysis for all collected data. Can any one experts in QA help me with this format. thanks in advance.
The list of planned audits for the next month and in progress and completed quality audits (internal).
A log of all open corrective actions for Non-conformities (NCRs, CARs, Discrepancy Reports, etc.), audits, and management reviews.
Quality Personnel Listing by Discipline.
Listing and status of engineering waivers requested.
Key performance indicators (KPI)
Listing of vendor surveys performed and results.
Planned surveys for the next month.
Listing of Pre-inspection Meetings conducted and planned for the next month.
Listing of all Project Quality performance and their goal.
It shall include trend analysis for processes identified in this report.
