It looks like very high amount of admixture dosage in concrete which made concrete to behave like plastic after 24 hours.

Consider removing of that patch of concrete from slab as the movement on it makes internal cracking and setting might take more than a week time.

Look for a batch report and correction details. Sharing more information about that concrete will help you to get more details of causes and avoiding such incident again.
