Step by Step schedule to achieve 8 days slab cycle for Aluminium Shuttering

Most of the times it is seen that execution of civil works is done in a haphazard manner without any proper timelines or schedules and the resultant is DELAYS in executing any work on time.



Attached please find a step by step schedule for achieving aluminum shuttering slabs in 8 days. In South Korea they are achieving slabs in 4 days which is highly not practical here in India due to the level of unskilled workers in our Construction Industry.

The reason they are able to achieve is that they have a designated person for a designated activity and planning is in place and hence they are able to achieve it.

I have also worked on this schedule and was able to achieve it for most of my projects where time was an essence.
