Guys pls tell me chamber and hume pipe for drainage and strom li ne size depends upon

It depends on catchment area and maximum flow occur in peak time.

For peak details you can study the rainfall records of that area with history in past years (Rainfall also differs year to year so get as much as history you can get)

Calculate max flow that can happen and then design it.
