Pl suggest an effective way to convert a room at any floor(other than GF) to toilet w/o any sunken slab or with out rising the level by brick pedestal..to avoid extra load to slab..
hopefully P trap with swg pipe only exposed can be connect to existing S trap of adjacent toilet by placing a T ...can it be work..pl guide.

Guidance will be appreciated

You can do back entry for P trap ,so you not need any upstand to hide any pipe line

You can install wall hung EWC.

If the wall from which the drain line comes out is front elevation and do not wish to install line on it, you can create ledge wall to make drain line travel to adjacent wall and take the drain out from there. you can also create a box type covering on drain line to cover it so it wont bee seen from front side.

If you do not wish to take it from adjacent wall too, you can core into the slab and take the drain line by hanging it on to the below floor ceiling (slung line), in this case you can route the line to any direction but you need to do false ceiling with openable part for maintenance of line (below floor height will be reduced to accommodate slung line and false ceiling).
