We are urgently looking for Civil Engineers for Mumbai Location

Company - Aakash Universal Ltd

Experience - min. 2 to 7 yrs

Designation - Jr. Engineer / Sr. Engineer

Ctc - As per company Standard

Education - Diploma / B.tech / M.tech in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities -

• Discussing requirements with the client and other professionals (e.g architects)
• managing budgets and project resources
• making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
• Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models
• Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Autocad drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints
• AutoCAD Draft man work, Inter. cad design work, Inter. standing false ceiling, Flooring and wall tiles work, Wood fitting, Int. glass and mirrors, Gypsum work, Bonded covering and painting, Carpet and fixable flooring, Stand and wood joining, Noble door units, Misc tiles, Ventry top with marble work, Noble wood flooring, Air condition Duct work.Etc
• Site execution works in accordance with drawings and specification.
• Checking of shuttering/formwork, reinforcement, Concrete work, masonry work, plasters work etc activities of bldgs under supervision.
• Co-ordinate with clients, subcontractors , project manager.& supervising with contracted staff.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Maintaining quality standards for all respective works.
• To overseeing building work.
• Prepare checklist of work what to do and complete all the tasks listed in the checklist.
• To minimize the wastage of material.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work in progress and submitted to management

Requirement -

Proven working experience in civil engineering
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
Project management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Diploma / B.tech / M.tech in Civil Engineering
