What are the structural mistakes here ...???

Looks to me like the column and grade beam coming from the left are mis-located - I would think that the grade beam from the left should have it's rebar cage completely penetrating the outside wall. I'd much rather have the column, grade beam from the left AND the outside wall tied together so the zone acts as a unit.
