what if slump test fails at site condition what to do as site engineer in that situatuion .
like what if slump comes more than +/- 20
what to do if it is more and what to do when its less
what to do in case of collapseable slump and shear slump
when to reject concrete based on slump

First of all if client permits you to do correction for the following failed slump concrete you can have some correction . if your slump has collapsed you can make TM to wait for some time and recheck for slump with different sample as due to waiting time you get the concrete to hydrate and gain slump . If at all you are having low workability of concrete you can go ahead and add admixtures to the concrete to increase the workability of concrete
