There are many ways in which we do curing of concrete other than watering.
1. Wrap the concrete in plastic sheet.
2. Apply the curing compounds on concrete surface.
3. Cure the concrete with steam.
4. Wrap the concrete with hessian cloths and put ice on top of it.
The ultimate and best way to cure the concrete is to pour the water on it as this help to minimize the surface temperature of concrete and elimination of water going out of concrete as a vapors during hydration process.
