What is the difference between plum concrete and plain concrete?

Both are same concrete but named as per location and method of poring.
Plain concrete is just a layer of concrete placed over surface without any addition into it.
Plum concrete is concrete poured in layer on surface and in each layer boulders up to 150mm are placed to reduce the volume of concrete and for saving of cost, where high amount of concrete need to be filled and leveled to form a base for footing of structure.
