Dry Lean mixes are generally used to level the ground surface on which the construction or road is to be done.
DLC is same like PCC but term says it is produced without adding water into it.
Lean concrete means it has very less cement content.
When it comes to its production, DLC is produced like any other normal concrete by adding water into it, as no plant can produce and supply the mixes in dry form with higher efficiency.
You can cast the cubes of DLC as like normal cubes where water is added into DLC to make it workable.
