Can any one explain the reason for so many cracks. how to avoid the same

These cracks are due to settlement of substrate at the foundation level.

Construction seems to be a crude style no respect for quality or workmanship.

First of all, we need to study the type of soil the building is being constructed and the desired SBC.

Based on the desired SBC the building is designed and with respect, the foundation is designed. If the foundation is solid such kind of cracks will never be seen.

Further, you have not mentioned whether the masonry is concrete blocks or AAC if AAC then horizontal stiffeners (patli's) need to be introduced at the mid section of the total height of wall which will further reinforce the masonry wall.
