Actual weight of concrete tends to vary depending on the raw materials density and generally ranges between 1%-3%.
As concrete is not a chemical composition but a man made product the weight will never be constant but will vary.
So for PCC the weight generally considered is about 2400 kg/Cu.mt and for RCC is about 2500 kg/cu.mt.

A normal weight concrete weighs 2400 kg per cubic meter or 145 lbs per cubic foot (3915 lbs per cubic yard).
The unit weight of concrete (density) varies depending on the amount and density of the aggregate, the amount of entrained air (and entrapped air), and the water and cement content.
