Whats meant by taking original ground level?

Means Natural Ground level which is existing before the start project.

OGL original ground level - it means the top level of ground surface.

OGL is taken before doing excavation or filling works, it helps in doing measurement of works in terms of depth and height.

OGL is also taken for making contour maps and analysis for feasibility of any construction project and planning of things.
