Work Activity Flow Chart for Glazed Tile Dado Activity
Flow chart for glazed tile dado activity consist of following;
Material required checking for quality & quantity one week in advance
Preparation for G. tile dado work 3 days in advance
Base the line to be set & to be checked by engineer
Taking thiyya at 4 corners of each wall & checking of the same by engineer
All G.I. concealed piping & P.V.C conduit ting work to be completed
Surface to be made in plumb & right angle by chiseling or additional plastering on walls
Soaking of G. tiles in drum for at least 2 hours
Fixing of full tiles on front side corner & tukda in other corner upto 1 m ht. & filling the joints with white
Grouting of the cement slurry in tile dado of previous day work
For height more, remaining dado fixing & filling the joints with white cement.
Cleaning the dado neatly
Curing for 14 days
Acid wash to the dado by liquid hydrochloric acid
Keep cleaning till final handing over the unit
