Checklist for Aluminium Formwork consist of following checkpoints in it;
- Deviation report for survey record (kicker level)
- Dimension of room checked as per drawing
- Diagonal check done for room
- All formwork has been cleaned and coated with release agent
- Flat wall ties installed with proper tie sleeves
- Verticality checked for external as well as internal wall
- Check all pins and wedges
- Check verticality of all props
- Check outer tie for external beam and sunk portion
- Slab soffit formwork level
- Door spacer installed as per drawing issued
- Vertical soldiers installed as per drawing
- All kicker level have been lined and adjusted accordingly
- All kicker bolts installed correctly
- All excessive spaces between rocker and floor level have been sealed
