Checklist of Wooden Door Frame Work consist of following checkpoints in it;

- Section, size and type of Door frame as per architectural drawing
- Door frame wood seasoned and free from knots, bore holes
- Stacking of door frames done as per specification on site
- Wood primer/black japan applied on external sides of frame
- Frame free from bend warpage twist etc.
- Smooth jackplaning done for the frame on all sides
procedures to be followed during fixing
- Door frame fixed in line, level and plumb.
- Min. 6 fasteners used for door frame of size of 900mm opening or less and min 8 fasteners used for size of 1000mm or more.
- Fastener head at least one cm inside the wooden frame surface after fastening.
