    After paint over wall,paint has been peel-out, what are the solution, normally it is found at bathrooms out side wall.

    It would be better if you share photo of problem to understand it in more better way, generally peeling of paint happens due to moisture in wall - might be due to dampness.

    1.Main Reason surface is Moisture >15%.Ensure Surface In Dry.
    2.Cement Mortar Ratio may Very Less leads to come out fine Particle from Plaster out and Paint Peel off.
    3. Clean paint Peel Off Area with Wire Brush. Mix Nito Bond : Water: Cement 1:1:3 Ratio & Apply One Coat. Dry Surface Check Moisture <15% Start Primer and painting.
