Can Anyone provide L3 and L4 project schedule for Highway Work

rg8198 What is meant by "L3" and "L4?" Are you talking about, maybe, levels of detail...? And what do you intend to do with the schedule you might receive from someone here in the membership, knowing that every project has its own unique installation requirements, time constraints, etc.?
