1.If a client does not have his own conditions of a contract what other standard forms of contract can be used ?

In case the client do not have a specification for procurement of any material, you can use or state the specifications stated in you standards country code for all materials.

2.What construction procurement methods are there widly used in practice.

There is no specific procurement method, what widely used is
Keep watch on rates, as soon as they go on lower side put the purchase order to them.
At project materials are ordered by keeping low or almost no inventory as it affects the cash flow of your project if you keep higher inventories.
Payment terms are generally depends on with which company you are dealing with, if your company is above them you can force you company payments term.
If the company with which you are dealing with for procurement is well known brand or have monopoly in market, they will force you to follow their payment terms.
