Please tell me how to prepare boq of peb structure footing

And rate of Rcc and block work ?

BOQ - Bill of quantities - Requires Specifications of everything which is going to be used in it and drawings for taking the quantities for each item.

If i am working in USA and tells you rate of RCC is $1000 per yard, is it really going to help you.
