GGBS provide good resistance to all kind of attacks, it also keeps on increasing the strength at later ages and makes it more stronger.
GGBS is used to replace cement by up to 70%.
For Plaster you can use PSC cement which has GGBS in it.
Using this cement in plaster work will increase the workability, reduce the shrinkage cracking and also make it waterproof up to some extent.

Blending would be tedious for plastering otherwise you may have to use mixer
