Calculation of the cost of ready mix concrete do involve many things and what actually you want from it.
Suppose you want to setup your own RMC and wish derive the cost per cubic meter of concrete, you need to calculate the following;
Concrete Consumption per month
This is a very important factor in choosing the type of setup you want to make, if the production requirement is less the cost of the concrete will be on higher side.
Land Requirement
The cost of the land for doing setup for RMC is also important factor and base on concrete production requirement you need to calculate the land requirement for stacking of raw materials and space for setting up of machinery.
There are many factors which can be derive mostly from month production requirement such as,
Staff and workmen requirement
Machinery types
Transit mixers - feasibility for either purchasing or putting it on rent.
Transportation cost.
Electricity consumption
Overheads
