All cement brands which produces cement with ISI marks on it are deemed as good for construction.
Cement is manufactured and tested for requirements given in Standard codes.
JSW is a good cement, type of cement to be used is up to you as all brands manufactures multiple types of cement such as OPC, PPC, PSC etc.
