You can control time and cost in Construction of AAC Blockwork by following

1. Use of Block adhesive for installation of AAC blocks - Saves you time on curing of mortar as adhesives are self cured due to polymers in it.
2. Ensuring the minimum cutting in blocks at top, do survey of what cutting required to end the wall beneath beam or slab and find the optimum height of blocks required, do order the blocks with heights you find optimum and requires no cutting.
3. Training the workmen on how to do AAC blockwork correctly will do save some time.
4. Provide the equipment's for horizontal and vertical shifting of AAC Blocks.
5. Do plan activity well to ensure there is no shortage of material, labours and equipment's to ensure no hiccups in execution.

You can control time and cost by implementing above.

Minimizing the cutting will save you on adhesive cost and faster rate of construction can be achieved.
Adhesive will reduce the cost of curing and defects rectification cost which can occur due to reworks, due to no curing you can achieve faster rate of execution.
Training workforce will lead to low defects or elimination of defects before its occurrence and lead to saving in cost.
Equipment's for shifting of material will help you in achieving timely completion, might lead to extra cost if not executed as planned.
Planning will ensure no dead inventory in stock which again lead to timely completion and no blockage in project.
