Flyash bricks are made in a production unit which consist of a mortar mixing machinery setup like plant, it have mortar mixer, screw conveyor for cement and flyash and weight scales.
it also consist of brick pressing machine, moulds, curing area, laboratory setup, office and stack yards.

Flyash brick is made up from a mortar of cement, flyash and sand. in some cases it also consist of admixture to enhance the properties.

Water cement ratio is kept as low as possible somewhere around 0.3 as the mortar is mixed using mechanical mixer and placed into mould under pressure.

Flyash bricks made with low water cement ration gives strength from 5 to 15 Mpa, as its a mortar its unit weight goes above 2000 Kg per cum.

The proportion of ingredients in mortar is purely base on mix design and strength requirement of bricks.

There also another kind of flyash bricks where only cement, flyash and ggbs etc is used - those bricks are light in weight and also gives lesser strength.

The mix proportion, water cement ratio is purely depends on the design requirements of customer and the cost which they can afford.

If you are looking for setting up manufacturing unit, you can contact the flyashbrick manufacturing equipment seller, they will provide you the complete quote, space requirement and mix designs which are cost effective to produce in that setup along with profit and production capacity statement.

The complete setup for flyash brick manufacturing cost from 4 lakhs onward (only cost of machinery, cost of land and material inventory is additional).

Flyash bricks are not popular in market due to easy availability of red brick and light weight blocks, do market research in your area before making mind to setup a manufacturing unit.
