In order to setup a formwork for the staircase at construction site, the calculation of the bottom dimensions of the staircase flights and landings needs to be done.
Once you calculate those dimensions, its easier to demarcate and setup the shutters.
you may do a mathematical calculations or simply measure the bottom dimensions in the Auto Cad if you have soft copy (now a days almost everywhere soft copies are shared by the designer to avoid mistakes done by peoples in doing calculations).
