There are many ways of reusing the concrete which becomes waste at the time of each pumping.

You can do anything of below or you can thought even of more

1. Casting Lintels
2. Slippers for using in steel yard
3. Kerb stones
4. Paver blocks
5. Flower Pots
6. Light Poles
7. Chamber Covers
8. Chambers
9. Garden Chairs
10. Artifacts

You can do whatever you can think of and can materialized, only thing you need to look for is mold, compaction, de-molding and curing of same along with storage space.

Mehboob, when you say "waste concrete" are you talking about leftover concrete that is still in the mixer that hasn't been used, or are you talking about concrete that has been dumped out of the truck onto the ground, not into the forms, like the concrete spent during slump & air tests, or extra concrete that might have been shoveled off by the workers and dumped on the site whereby it is now contaminated?

Sir concrete dumped out of truck on to the ground

Mehboob, my response differs a little from Dnyan's - If you have excess concrete in the mixers, ideally, you'd want to empty it into wheel barrows or hoppers where, so long as the mix is still viable and still meets your specifications for plastic concrete, you might be able to use it for something requiring the same mix, but your handling procedures should be no different than those you'd use for the element you are pouring. As soon as the mix hits the ground and comingles with soil or aggregate or maybe standing water, in my view, it becomes contaminated, no longer complies with your material specifications and therefore is no longer viable. By using it, you'd run the risk of introducing unwanted defects into whatever you were building due to the contamination. Hope that helps!!
