I want an eyecatchy resume format can any one help me in it?

I could not understand the meaning of eye catchy resume.a resume is talk about you,your qualification,experience ETC ETC.This vary from one individual to other individual.in case of you are looking for tailor made resume which you intent to use in your jib search ,please do not make the mistake.nowdays h.r.personals easily understand the tailor made resume.from my personal point of opinion try to create your resume on your words only.the guidelines for creating the resume already posted in the forum.you can refer the same for guidelines.dont go behind tailor made resume.

Also its good to have a resume, well formatted.
