Excel sheets differ according to site. As every project is unique, the document contents also vary.

Also it is against company's policies to share documents without approval.

Do spend some time on excel, analyse your project needs and prepare excel worksheet accordingly.

Reconciliation sheet do have the following in it

Theoretical consumption of material
Actual Consumption of material
Balance stock verification and recording of variation in quantity of material / activity etc.

So deriving the sheet is easiest when you have all activities on board and have all supporting data for it.
