Kindly differentiate about acrylic based and cement based waterproofing. Advantages and disadvantages in detail

Dear team, I would like to know about waterproofing in detail about the above mentioned. Kindly give the answer for why this n why not this regarding both

Acrylic waterproofing is flexible, UV-resistant, and ideal for terraces but less durable under heavy water pressure. Cement based waterproofing is strong, economical, and good for bathrooms and tanks but less flexible for cracks.
