M60 Mix Design with High water reducer admixture & Micro Silica

What is the best proportion for M60 Grade concrete, I am using Micro Silica (Silica Fume)+ Cement (Cementitious Materials) & what is ths the W/C & w/cm. Ratio to achieve strength of 68.25 N/mm2?
