Mobile App. Download problems

i cant able to download the articles from the mobile app.

Have you updated the app from playstore to current version.

Have u granted permissions to app for accessing files and camera.

Which android version u are using, so we can check on same android version for any issue

What happenes when you click on file for download. Does app crash, or ask for permission

Its updated.... Civil4m last updated oct 6th 2017, version:1.1

Permissions been granted to access files n camera

My android is 7.1.1

whenever i try to download there comes a prompt from app " Save File " "Open File" i tried both...
the app crashes n says Civil4m Keeps Stopping

I checked it and found that,
In android 7.1.1 webweiw is replaced by chrome view.

Our app is currently works on webview.

In order to make app run on Android 7.1.1 you need to download web view from play store and enable it to use instead of chrome view which is by default.

Sorry at this situation we can not make any changes in it as the OS of 7.1.1 works slight differently. so changes need to be done on your end.

In future we will change the design of app and will adapt the new tech.
