Hello Civil4M, i am a new Civil Engineer on Site and my company requires a Civil Engineering Supervisory Report at the end of the month which is different from the normal Daily Site Progress Report...How do I go about writing such a report please? Are there any templates or examples that I can look at to guide me? Thanks

As your requirement of reporting is specific, you can create your own report format in excel.
To make a report you can look for the templates at this forum or on google and select one which best suits your requirement.
Make a list of the KPI's you want to show in your report, decide on the measurement of those KPI's and modify the selected format sheet accordingly.
