Hello krunalmech42 I have been a Resident Construction Engineer on numerous projects in my home state of Illinois here in the United States - The Illinois Department of Transportation maintains an excellent set of Construction Checklists that we use all the time. Certainly, road construction specifications in Surat will be different than they are here in Illinois, but, I'm sure there are some principle/foundational ideas that are contained in these checklists that you could consider as you develop your own set of checklists for your specific client/agency/contract documents.

Under the "Highways" tab in "Manuals and Standards" you should see a tab called "Inspector Checklists." Good Luck!!
