Slurry design for doing pumping of concrete
Slurry is an important part as to start any pump concrete you need to lubricate the pipeline to ensure the smooth flow of concrete through it without chocking.
There are n number of pumping additives are available in market which fails to do pumping of concrete after an average height of 5 floors.
Cement slurry is commonly used for any height of pumping.
Today sharing its mix design with you all for having better concrete.
Mix design of slurry is as follows;
OPC Cement – 400 Kg
Water – 200 Kg
Crush sand – 946 Kg
River Sand – 951 Kg
You can modify it as per your need and site conditions.
