According to my thought

when deflection changes it's sign in beam / radius of curvature changes it's sign in beam / shear force is in maximum at beam.
in all the above cases point of contraflexure will be occur.

but when a beam develops a crack the point of contraflexure is may be/may not be occur cause when a beam develops a crack Bending moment diagram will be the same but stress distribution at the cross section of the beam will be changed, but in statically indetermined system the reactions can be changed
its depends on what the location of the load/bending moment in the cross section of the beam
so the answer is may be/may not be cause the effect of the presences of crack only on the distribution of the stress in beam.
