When we control the FM of Fine aggregate it will provide us the flexibility to play with coarse aggregates while all in aggregate grading. Because as we know lesser the surface area of the aggregates lesser the water requirement; so more water will be free to improve the work ability of concrete for a longer period because of lesser friction between raw materials.
