- The project duration to be considered is 1.5 years.
- Project should contain the activities from the signing of the contract to handover.
- Make a WBS and list the detailed activities till Level 4.Proper relationships should be given to the activities.
- Find the authority approvals to be considered while designing the building in Dubai region.
- With the basic productivity chart find the quantity of resources required for Excavation and concreting works.
- Assign the resources and export the Resource histogram chart.
- Assign multiple calendars for Enterprise and Project, make sure the Ramadan timings are considered for the project.
- Define the OBS structure for your organization ,submit a chart along with it
