What can an incomplete graduate of civil engineering do?

Can do all things which a normal human being with education below that level is able to do.
There is no limit for what a person can do, in my career i seen many peoples retired at very higher level in multinational organization which are not even gone to school due to many reasons.
but when i interacted with them, i never got a feel of they are not educated as per the records of educational certificates, which they do not have.
It is up to a person, how they look at the thing, what was the qualification of Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani?
Its not about the papers we do have to prove ourselves, its about what we have inside of us which proves, what we are and what we can do.
