Yes you are right, its a Just in Time and Total Quality management only

JIT - is a tool related to inventory control.
This means site will receive all material just when it is required at site. Need not require to store or to pay in advance.
TPM - is related to quality management.
Here you have quality control on each and every activity - this will lead to best quality on end product.
Both are very big subjects I have tried to explain in brief just for understanding.
