Autoclave is a process of curing concrete with steam. (Boilers in which blocks are stored and steams at very high temperatures release on it for doing hydration process in cement).

Aerated means - air is introduced in concrete by using air releasing admixtures or the by using synthetic foaming agent.

both the terms make a sense of cellular light weight concrete also known as CLC and mostly used in manufacturing of lightweight blocks.

Boiler or steamer is not used in this process.

CLC is produced using cement, flyash and in some cases sand is also used.
to make it lightweight, foaming agents are added into it during mixing process.

Its manufacturing process is very simple like mixing a mortar and pouring it into moulds, curing it for minimum 7 days or 14 days base on the strength requirements.
